Bilaichari zone organized an eye camp under the slogan

News Desk: With the conviction of "Giving light to sight without vision", Army's Bilaichhari zone has again organized an eye camp in Bilaichhari, a remote upazila of Rangamati. Bilaichari Zone always works with the aim of promoting the ideology of 'Peace, Harmony and Development'. This eye camp was organized as a result of the humanitarian and visionary leadership of Zone Commander Lt. Col. Md. Ahsan Habib Rajiv, PPM, PSC at Bilaichari Upazila Auditorium. In the camp, patients suffering from chronic eye problems came from remote areas of Bilaichhari zone. The camp was organized under the leadership of Bilaichari Zone Medical Officer and in collaboration with “Lions Charitable Eye Hospital, Chittagong”. In this camp, 122 people were given medicines, spectacles for various eye related problems and registered cataract patients. Later they will be arranged for eye surgery. The zone commander said, "Under 24 Infantry Division, Bilaichari Zone under Rangamati Region and Lions Charitable Eye Hospital, Chittagong will continue this humanitarian assistance of Bangladesh Army."
