Allegation of attempted seizure of flat in Ashulia

Savar Correspondent: In Ashulia, Dhaka, complaints have been received that the flat owner is being harassed in various ways for the purpose of illegal occupation. There is tension between the two families over the possession of the flats and there are cross-complaints between the two sides. On the spot, it was found that Md. Golzar Hossain, Md. Abu Taleb, Md. Sirjul Islam, Md. Azizul Sheikh, Maulana Mohammad Kamrul Hasan, Md. Raju Ahmed, Md. Dulal Hossain and Md. Mizanur Rahman jointly owned 12 percent of the land in Bypile Mauza in South Ghaziracht area. A 4th floor building with 8 units was constructed. There each partner has been owning and occupying a total of 4 units, 1 in each lock. Raju Ahmed and his wife said, My neighbor Md Dulal Hossain and his wife Mosa Asma Sultana offered to purchase the 4th floor unit of our flat. We are also willing to sell for money. In such a situation, they give only ten thousand rupees verbally. They then tried to forcibly occupy the flat without paying the balance and without valid documents. Then we filed a case against them in the learned Judicial Amli Magistrate Court, No. 598/21. During the pendency of the case, on 06/07/2022, the defendants encroached on my flat and tried to work, misbehaved with us and threatened to kill us if we resisted. A general diary has been made in this regard at Ashulia police station. Diary No-523. However, we did not get effective service from the police station. You ask them and see if they can show any reliable documents. At present we have sold the said flat to another person. At the same time, I request my neighbor Md. Dulal Hossain to refrain from trying to expropriate other people's wealth by resorting to lies. Md. Sirajul Islam, another partner in this multi-storey building said, Md. Dulal Hossain is trying to occupy his unit without paying my neighbor Md. Raju Ahmed. The two sides have been in conflict for a long time. But we do not know about their transactions even being share holders of the same building. We wanted to settle the matter but we are not willing to talk about it anymore as there are many differences between the two parties. Moreover, as there were no reliable documents on behalf of Md. Dulal Bhai, we did not give importance to this matter. Accused Md Dulal Hossain and his wife Mosa Asma Sultana said that at the beginning of the investigation, they paid Tk 7,10,000 (seven lakh ten thousand) to the wife of the unit owner Md Raju Ahmed for the purchase of a flat unit. When asked to register after 6 months, he demanded Rs 1 lakh more and denied the previous amount. They are the ones who are harassing us by suing us. They believe that I have given money, but now they refuse. However, Asma Sultana could not show any reliable documents for the purchase of the flat.
