Kurigram Correspondent: The Dinajpur Education Board has suspended the examination of four subjects in the ongoing SSC examination in Bhurungamari of Kurigram due to the cheating of questions of the first and second papers of English. The subjects are – Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Agriculture. Kurigram District Education Officer Md. Chamchul Alam confirmed this information. According to the emergency notification of Dinajpur Education Board, all concerned including the examinees of SSC examination 2022 are informed that the examination of mathematics, physics, chemistry and agriculture subjects of the ongoing SSC examination 2022 under Dinajpur Education Board has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons. Date of examination of postponed subjects will be notified in due course. Apart from this, all the examinations of all other subjects will be conducted as per routine. Kurigram District Education Officer Md. Samchul Alam said, Chairman and Secretary of Dinajpur Education Board came to Kurigram yesterday in connection with question paper leak. Arrived and found anomaly in Bhurungamari. That is why the examination of some subjects has been postponed. It is to be noted that Assistant Teacher Russell of Nehal Uddin Pilot Girls High School of Bhurungamari Upazila of Kurigram coached a batch of SSC candidates. Those involved suspect that he may be involved in questioning. The police and detectives have started an investigation to find out who is involved in the incident. According to a responsible source, the pilot high school students of the upazila are giving the exam in that center. And the students of Nehal Uddin Pilot Girls High School are taking the exam in Pilot High School. A photo of the question paper is sent outside the center some time before the commencement of the examination. Later, handwritten copies of the question were distributed among the contracted students. Two assistant teachers along with the center secretary have been arrested in this incident.
