Demonstration rally in Gopalpur demanding justice for nationwide series of bombings

Noor Alam, Gopalpur (Tangail): Demonstration marches and protest rallies were held at Gopalpur in Tangail demanding trial and punishment for those involved in the series of bomb attacks across the country. Organized by Upazila Awami League, from noon on Wednesday (August 17), a procession came from various areas and gathered in front of the Awami League office adjacent to Thana Bridge. The protest march came out from the front of the Awami League office and circled the main main road of Gopalpur Bazar, went to the bus stand and ended with a short discussion. Local MP Chhota Monir, Upazila Parishad Chairman Yunus Islam Talukdar Thandu, Upazila Vice Chairman Mir Rezaul Haque, Upazila Awami League Acting President and Alamnagar Union Parishad Chairman Professor Abdul Momen, Upazila Awami League General Secretary Saiful Islam Talukdar Suruj took part in the protest march. , along with Awami League leaders, leaders and workers of affiliated organizations including Jubo League, Chhatra League, Volunteer League, Mahila Awami League participated.
