About 300 feet of the boundary wall of his house was broken by his neighbor Salim Mia, elder son of deceased Jaher Mia, led by his younger brother Upazila Jubo Dal joint-convener Jabed Mia and in the presence of local Yaba businessman Yaba Iqbal, along with about 50 to 60 people of their forces. Then when tension arises between the people of the two sides, the people of the two sides clash. At that time, the Vijayanagar police administration came and handled the incident. Later, the OC of Vijayanagar police station spoke to both sides and agreed. He assured that action will be taken subject to the investigation of the incident. But even after almost 1 month of the incident, the family of Md. Shaheen Mia is very worried till now there is no solution. The victim's family is not seeing any progress in the investigation in the court. In this regard, the victim's family said. Shaheen Mia said, I am an innocent person, I was at my workplace on July 14, Javed Ganga attacked my empty house and broke our boundary wall. I live in Brahmanbaria city because of my small job. My family lives in a village house, my elder son studies in Shere Bangla Agricultural University, lives in Dhaka and my younger son works in BGB. Now only my wife and daughter live in my village house. Currently my family members are expressing their fear of torture and are very scared. I respect the law. I pray for its fair trial. In this regard, Vijaynagar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Raju Ahmed said that multiple cases including police cases are ongoing. We are monitoring the law and order situation. There is surveillance. The lawsuits are under investigation. Action will be taken against the real culprits subject to investigation.
