Inauguration of road repair and construction work to reduce the suffering of Dinajpur municipality

Dinajpur Correspondent: Jatiya Sangsad Whip Iqbalur Rahim MP has inaugurated the internal road repair and full construction work of various neighborhood mohallas to ease the traffic problems of Dinajpur municipality. On Tuesday morning, he unveiled the construction work plaque in Suihari Mahalla of Ward No. 4. 14 crores have been allocated under the project (IUIDP-2) directed by Minister Sheikh Hasina for municipal development work. Out of this, drains will be constructed along with two RCC roads from Aminul's house to Abul Kasemor's house from Suihari Cold Storage intersection to PTI intersection of the Municipality's Ward No. 4 at a cost of Tk 1 crore 29 lakh. The people concerned are hoping that this will reduce the suffering of the residents and commuters of the area. Upazila Parishad Chairman Imdad Sarkar, Dinajpur Municipality Panel Mayor Abu Taib Ali Dulal, Municipal Executive Engineer Minarul Islam, Municipal Councilor Sanwar Hassan Sarkar, Maqsuda Parveen Meena, Abdul Hanif Dilon, Awami League Leader Azgar Ali, Upazila Committee Acting General Secretary Mominul were present.
