Tofazzal Hossain Babu, Pabna: An (office assistant) clerk named Dhuke Dhuke Anwar Hossain (50) passed away in Bhangura, Pabna after being exiled for almost 6 years. He was suffering from various complex diseases including diabetes, high blood pressure and mental depression from exile for a long time. He is the son of late Ahsan Prang of Rupasi area. He died while undergoing treatment at Pabna Sadar Hospital around noon on Thursday (August 11). At the time of his death, he left behind a helpless family including two children. There is a lot of criticism going on in the area. According to the investigation, a school named Rupasi High School was established in the year 1995 in the Prayanth area of Ashtamanisha Union. During its establishment, Ahsan Prang (now deceased) of Rupasi village donated 24th century land free of cost to his eldest son Anwar Hossain to work as an assistant in that school. After that, in 1999, when the company was included in the MPO, the office assistant Anwar Hossain was also working regularly. But around 2010, the current head teacher. Chaidur Rahman was appointed to the post of head teacher and since then there was not much bonding with the head teacher's office assistant. At one point, on the instructions of the then upazila executive officer, around 2016, a three-member committee headed the upazila agriculture officer after several irregularities were detected. Basically, since then, the relationship between the headmaster office assistants of the school has become more and more strained and the relationship has deteriorated further. The following year, he was temporarily suspended by the then president of the school's managing committee, Abdul Waheed, and his office assistant, Anwar Hossain. After that, the office assistant Anwar Hossain had to go from door to door to withdraw the temporary dismissal order. Many have given assurances and some have taken advantage. But nothing worked. Finally, when the blue plan to remove Anwar Hossain from the job is finalized, he is the local member of parliament Alhaj Md. When he went to Maqbul Hossain, he gave a verbal order to maintain the salary of the office assistant. Although the salary was forced to be maintained, the head teacher of the school Chaidur Rahman did not work as an office assistant anymore by giving the office assistant Anwar Hossain. Rather, he started working with Abu Saeed, the assistant teacher of that school, and the key of the office room and chair table cupboard of the office assistant and till now he is the office assistant. Meanwhile, office assistant Anwar Hossain continued to suffer from various diseases due to frustration and mental anxiety, not being able to fulfill his duties of the school. Last Thursday, he died leaving his wife and two minor children under treatment at Pabna Sadar Hospital. Incidentally. The members of the school managing committee and the head teacher are conducting all the work including recruitment normally. Akash Ahmed, the son of the office assistant, said in a tearful voice that his father was always worried about dismissal and job, family and their future. In this regard, the assistant teacher Abu Saeed, who is the office assistant of Rupsi High School, said that the headmaster could not trust him (the office assistant). So he was not given responsibility even though three months suspension was shown on paper. Regarding the incident, the former principal of Mirzapur Degree College Md. Jamal Uddin said that the office assistant of Rupasi High School was treated inhumanely. He has been pushed to the point of destruction by humanely torturing him and keeping him away from duty for a long time. This is very sad. In this regard, Rupasi High School Headmaster Md. Chaidur Rahman said that due to the complexity of the committee, the temporary suspension of the office assistant could not be withdrawn even after a long time. However, even though he was kept away from the duties, he received his salary regularly.
