News Desk: Various crime and intelligence departments of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have arrested 55 people on charges of selling and consuming drugs in different police stations of the capital.

At this time, 13 thousand 929 pieces of yaba, 174 grams of heroin, 61 kg of 750 grams of ganja and 93 bottles of Phencidil were recovered from them.

They were arrested from 6 am on Tuesday (August 9) to 6 am on Wednesday (August 10) in various police stations of the capital.

38 cases under the Narcotics Control Act have been filed against the arrested police stations.
