Health Minister Zahid Malek said that if everything goes well, these children will be given experimental corona vaccination from August 11. He said these things after a program organized on the occasion of World Breast Milk Week-2022 at the National Institute of Preventive and Social Medicine (NIPSM) auditorium in Mohakhali on Sunday (August 7) ​​afternoon. Zahid Malek said that the vaccination program of children will be started experimentally on August 11, "After the vaccination program of children, some time will be taken for monitoring. If everything goes well, this vaccination program will start in full swing from August 26.” The health minister said, “We are trying to conduct vaccination programs successfully across the country. As a result, the corona infection is currently under control. However, many of us still haven't received the second dose of the vaccine. I inform them that they cannot take the booster dose unless they take the second dose. So those who have not yet taken the first dose, the second dose, I request them to get vaccinated soon.” Zahid Malek said, “We had to close our schools and colleges during the Corona virus. If we still can't control the corona, then it can be closed again. However, even though schools and colleges were closed due to Corona, medical colleges did not have to be closed.” Earlier, the health minister urged the parents to register their children on the protection app to get this vaccine.
