Farooq Hossain, Chapainawabganj: BNP held a protest rally program against the increase in oil, gas, essential commodities, frequent load-shedding and the killing of Svechasevak Dal leader Abdur Rahim and Chhatra Dal president Noore Alam in Bhola. An hour-long protest rally was held in front of the district BNP office at around 11:00 am on Sunday morning under the banner of Jatiyatavadi Krishak Dal and district BNP. Chapainbaganj-3 Constituency Member of Parliament and BNP Joint Secretary General Harunur Rashid, Jatiyatavadi Krishak Dal Convener and Sadar Upazila Chairman, Tasikul Islam, former Municipal Councilor Barek Ali, Nawabganj Government College Student Leader Omar Farooq Rana and others spoke at the protest rally. BNP Joint Secretary General Harunur Rashid said that the current Awami League government has done an unprecedented event in the history of the last 50 years. Suddenly, the price of fuel increased by 40 to 45 taka. It is unusual. Nagameen strongly condemned the increase in the price of oil and protested. If there was a people's government, if there was the least mercy towards the people, then the current Awami League government could not have taken such a decision. So the farewell bell of the government has rung, the year 2023 is the farewell date of Sheikh Hasina. And in Bhola, the leader of Svechchasevak Dal, Abdur Rahim and president of Chhatra Dal, Noor Alam were killed. If not, a strict program will be given in the future.
