Gun and bullets recovered from one shooter in Pabna, 1 arrested

Tofazzal Hossain, Pabna: Pabna Bara Model Police Station raided the area of ​​Mohanganj Kheyaghat, accused of the warrant. Shafiqul Islam (34) has been arrested. At that time, a one-shooter gun and one round of bullets were recovered by searching his body. The operation was conducted late on Wednesday (July 27). The arrested Shafiqul Islam is the son of Wahab Mandal of Char Pechakola village of Upazila. According to the sources of Bara Model Police Station, it is known that a person is roaming around with illegal weapons in Mohanganj Kheyaghat area. Based on this news, under the leadership of Officer-in-Charge (OC) Asaduzzaman of Bara Model Police Station, SI Shamim Reza, ASI Harunur Rashid Sangeya and the force conducted a raid in Mohanganj Kheyaghat area and arrested Shafiqul Islam. Later, a one-shooter gun and one round of bullets were recovered from his body.
