Fugitive accused of 15 cases sentenced in Lohagara arrested

Minhaj, (Lohagara) Chittagong: The police have arrested an accused named (49) who has been sentenced in 4 cases and has 11 uncle warrants in Lohagara of Chittagong. He was sent to court on Tuesday (July 26), before which he was arrested from Halishahar area of ​​Chittagong metropolis. The arrested is the son of deceased Syed Ahmed of Darji Para of Amirabad Union of Shafi Upazila. Atiqur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Lohagara police station, said that on the basis of secret information, SI Nurunnabi conducted an operation in the Chittagong metropolitan area with the help of the Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) and arrested the absconding accused of 15 cases, Ahmad Shafi. The court sentenced 2 years and 6 months in 4 cases against, there are 15 warrants in total with other 11 cases. He was absconding since these cases took place.
