The results of DU's 'A' unit have been published, failing 90 percent

News Desk: The results of the admission test of the first year undergraduate (honors) class of the ‘A’ unit of the Faculty of Science in the academic year 2021-22 of Dhaka University (DU) have been released.

Monday (July 4) at 12 noon, the university's vice chancellor. Md. Akhtaruzzaman was present as the chief guest and Professor Abdul Matin Chowdhury in the administrative building officially announced the results of the admission test in the virtual classroom.

This year 1 lakh 15 thousand 69 people applied for ‘A’ unit. 1 lakh 10 thousand 374 people participated in it. Only 11 thousand 46 students have passed. Which is 10.39 percent of the total students. The remaining 69.61 percent students have failed. Unit A has a total of 1851 seats.

Faculty of Science, Biology, Pharmacy, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Engineering and Technology and Statistical Research and Teaching Institute, Nutrition and Food Science Institute, Institute of Information Technology and Institute of Education There are sections.

How to know the results:

Students appearing for the ‘A’ Unit Admission Test will be able to know the results of the examination from the website through their Higher Secondary Examination Roll Number, Board Name, Year of Pass and Secondary Examination Roll Number.

Moreover, the applicant can know the result in a return SMS by typing DU KA from Robi, Airtel, Banglalink or Teletalk number and sending to 16321.

Important dates for passing students

(A) Passed students will have to fill the detailed form and subject preference form on the admission test website from 3 pm on July 08 to 3 pm on July 21.

(B) Applicants for various quotas who have passed the admission test will have to collect the relevant quota form from the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Pharmacy between 16th July 2022 and 24th July and fill it up properly and submit it to the Dean's Office within that time.

(C) Application can be made to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Pharmacy from 7th July 2022 to 21st July 2022 subject to payment of a fee of Rs.1000 (one thousand) for monitoring the results.
