12 deaths in one leap in the country

News Desk: In the last 24 hours, 12 people have died of coronavirus in the country. The total death toll was 29,174. During this period, the corona of 2,265 people has been identified. The total number of infected patients is 19 lakh 70 thousand 964 people.

The information was given in a regular press release on Monday (July 4) from the Department of Health.

According to the notification, 482 people have recovered from Corona in 24 hours. So far 19 lakh 8 thousand 69 people have recovered.

13 thousand 728 samples were collected in 24 hours. 13 thousand 742 samples were tested. In contrast to the test, the detection rate is 16.51 percent. The total detection rate since the beginning of the epidemic is 13.6 percent.

Nine of those who died in the last 24 hours are from Dhaka division. One person died in Chittagong, Khulna and Mymensingh. 9 of them are men and 3 are women.

On March 6, 2020, the first 3 people in the country were diagnosed with coronavirus. Ten days later, on March 17 of that year, the first person in the country died of the virus. On August 5 and 10, 2021, a maximum of 264 people died in two days.
