The Prime Minister laid a wreath at Bangabandhu's mausoleum

News Desk: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has laid a wreath at the tomb of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Tungipara. He was accompanied by his son Sajib Wazed Joy and daughter Saima Wazed Putul. The wreath was laid at 11:30 am on Monday (July 4). The Prime Minister then took part in the recitation and munajat of Surah Fateha. Earlier, the Prime Minister started her journey from Ganobhaban to Tungipara around 8 am on Monday. Then at 7:47 am, Sheikh Hasina climbed the Padma Bridge toll plaza at Mawa Toll Plaza. At about 9:15 a.m. he went to the Jazira end and stood there for a while in front of the plaque. After that he rested for some time in Service Area-2 on the edge of Jazira.
