Birth anniversary of Banitosh Chakraborty, a teacher of three generations in Gopalpur

Nur Alam, (Gopalpur) Tangail: Students celebrated the 70th birth anniversary of Banitosh Chakraborty, a retired teacher of three generations of Gopalpur College and a renowned lion-man of Bengal, in protest of teacher murder and humiliation at the hands of students. On Friday, a joyous evening was held at Suti VM Pilot Model Government High School to protest the glorious birth anniversary of the well-known teacher and to keep the dignity of the teacher intact. The program included recitation of poems, songs, reminiscences, dramas, wreaths and crests to greet dear Sir and celebrate the birth anniversary with a cake. Former President of Dhaka Reporters' Unity Ilias Hossain presided over the function. And Abdus Chhattar Palashi. The program was conducted by Headmasters Kaniz Fatema Rumi and Shahanur Ahmed Sohag.
