3 arrested with 47 kg of cannabis at RAB check post in Bogra

Sanju Roy, Bogra: The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-12) arrested three people with 48 kg of cannabis in an anti-drug operation in Kahalu, Bogra. They were arrested from a RAB check post in the Dargahat area of ​​the Bogra-Naogaon regional highway in the upazila around 12 noon on Saturday. A truck used for transporting drugs (Dhaka Metro-T-20-5614) and mobile phones belonging to the three arrested persons were recovered. The arrested are Russell Islam, 28, of Chakgora village in Naogaon Mahadevpur upazila, Raihan Mandal, 28, and Rabbi Mandal, 20, of Dakshin Hossainpur village in the same upazila. The search was started by setting up a temporary check post in Kahalu Dargahat area. At one stage of the search, three people were arrested with cannabis from the truck.
