One hour after the start of the day, that is, at 11 o'clock in the afternoon, the DSE's general index DSEX was 27 points lower than the previous day at 6,326 points. The DSE Shariah Index is down 6 points and the DSE-30 Index is down 10 points at 1381 and 2304 points respectively. During this period, 172 crore 17 lakh shares and units of mutual funds were traded.
Of the companies traded on Tuesday, 63 rose, 237 declined and 50 remained unchanged.
Beximco Limited, Fuwang Food, JMI Hospital, Shinepukur Ceramic, RAK Ceramic, NBL, Fuwang Ceramic, BRAC Bank, BSc and Metro Spinning are the top 10 companies in the transaction till 11 pm today.
Earlier on Tuesday, the DSEX index fell 5 points in the first 10 minutes of trading. At 10:20 in the morning, the index decreased by 6 points from the previous position. Then the movement of the indicator can be seen downwards. At 10:30 a.m., the index was down 13 points at 6,342 points.
On the other hand, one hour after the start of trading at 11 pm, the CASPI index of the Chittagong Stock Exchange fell 36 points to 16,791 points. Then the movement of the indicator can be seen upwards.
Shares and mutual fund units worth Tk 3.49 crore were traded on the CSE till 11 am today. During this period, the prices of 25 companies have increased and the prices of 8 companies have decreased. Share prices of 10 companies remained unchanged.
