Celebrating the 14th University Day of Pabiprabir in a festive atmosphere

Pabna Correspondent: The 14th University Day of Pabna University of Science and Technology was celebrated on Sunday (June 5) in a festive atmosphere with a pledge to take the university forward.

To celebrate the day at nine o'clock in the morning from the administration building, Vice-Chancellor Prof. A joyous procession led by Hafiza Khatun marched around the campus. At the end of the procession, the poet Bande Ali Mia Muktamancha was inaugurated on the bank of the lake.

After the tree planting, tributes were paid to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's birth centenary mural 'Janak Jyotirmoy', tribute at Shaheed Minar and tribute at Swadhinata Chattar. National flags and university flags were hoisted along with the national anthem. The Vice Chancellor inaugurated the blood donation program. The students served an aesthetic flashmob on the playground.

After the Vice-Chancellor of the University Independence. University Day discussion meeting started under the chairmanship of Hafiza Khatun. The chief guest of the program was the biochemist of Bangladesh, geneticist and independence award winning professor of Dhaka University. Hasina Khan was given a floral greeting and a crest of honor. Rewards are given to the students of the university.

Girls need to be more attentive in science education. If you want to grow in life, you have to be disciplined. The chain of command must be obeyed in all areas of life. We have to play a role in keeping the surrounding environment healthy.

Special guest University Vice-Chancellor Prof. SM Mostafa Kamal said, "We will take this university forward through joint efforts."

Former Treasurer Professor. Addressing the students, Anwar Khasru Parvez said that life should be enlightened in the light of real knowledge by happily accepting everything positive through co-education outside the conventional education. Also present, First Capital University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. Hazrat Ali.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. President's speech. Hafiza Khatun said the students have turned the university into a pilgrimage ground of knowledge. Their discovery, research is something to be proud of. They are spreading all over the world with the light of knowledge. He said the area will be increased to 100 acres to increase the size of the university. Various researches will be done jointly with Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant. The relevant section will be opened. He announced the opening of a biochemistry department at the university. He called upon all to work towards the goal of making this university a role model in the world.

Earlier, Vice-Chancellor Lane during the inauguration of the poet Bande Ali Mia Muktamancha, today is a very happy day for us. There is no other large installation in Pabna in the name of this poet. At this time he recited the famous poems of the poet.
Besides, a prayer mahfil was organized after Zohar on the occasion of the founding day of the university. Sports competitions, prize distribution and cultural programs are held.
