Teachers-officers-employees are immobile in the three-pronged movement

BASHEMURBIPRABI REPRESENTATIVE: The movement of teachers, officers and employees of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman University of Science and Technology (BASHEMURBIPRABI) in Gopalganj has come to a standstill. Earlier, the academic activities of the university were stopped due to the call of the teachers 'association from June 1, but since Sunday, the whole university has come to a standstill due to the call of the officials' association. A statement issued by the teachers' union of the university said that the teachers' union Bashemurbiprabi Teachers' Association has continued its agitation by announcing an indefinite strike from academic activities on June 1. The teachers have kept the movement going on demanding three points. Immediately after the incident, the University Employees' Union announced an indefinite strike on June 2 as the Upgradation Board was closed. After that, on June 5, the Registrar's Office, the Vice-Chancellor's Office and the Finance Department were locked. As a result of the three-point strike, academic and administrative activities at the university have come to a halt. It is to be noted that the general students are suffering due to the strike of teachers, officers and employees of the university. Most of the students are worried about the closure of classes and examination activities of students of all departments. Meanwhile, the students are eager to ensure the uncertain future of the campus.
