But the movie has faced controversy since its release. Three Middle Eastern countries, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar, have banned the film. Box office analyst Girish Johar said in a tweet that Akshay Kumar's 'Prithviraj' has been banned in Oman, Kuwait and Qatar. The local government has banned the release of the movie in their country. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. However, the setting of this movie is the fight of the last Hindu emperor of Delhi against the Sultanate rulers. The people involved in the movie think that the religious issue has affected here. Chandraprakash Dwivedi's film is based on Chand Bardai's 'Prithviraj Raso' in the twelfth century. It is being produced by Yash Raj Films. Manshi, who won the title of 'Miss World' in 2016, has teamed up with Akshay Kumar in this movie. Manshir made his Bollywood debut through this. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Manab Vij, Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Rana, Saksmi Tanwar and others.
