Although the clinic had a pathology department, it did not have approval. Besides, no doctor was found there. The mobile court fined New Palli Clinic one lakh rupees for these crimes. One month imprisonment was given for non-payment. At the same time, Magistrate Naeem ordered to seal the clinic. The same court then conducted the operation at Enam Clinic and Diagnostic Center. The clinic was fined Tk 25,000 for treating patients in an unhealthy environment. The name of the convicted clinic owner Dr. Enamul Haque. He is the Medical Consultant of Shajahanpur Upazila Health Complex. For this reason, a fine of one lakh rupees has been imposed and the institution has been sealed. Enam Clinic was fined Tk 25,000 due to unhealthy environment. He added that a directive has been issued by the Ministry of Health to close unregistered clinics and hospitals. The operation was conducted to implement those instructions.
