News Desk: Proper lifestyle is needed to keep the heart healthy. Every year, the number of heart patients worldwide increases. The average number of deaths is also increasing. The main reason is some bad habits every day. This bad habit exacerbates heart disease, which eventually leads to stroke. Experts say that laziness, lack of exercise, excessive smoking and alcohol increase the risk of heart disease. Not only that, but irregular eating habits also increase the risk of stroke, experts say.

A recent study found that heart health depends largely on the timing of meals. Especially not eating dinner at the right time increases the risk of heart disease.

This is according to a study published in the journal Nutrients. According to the report, eating dinner too late will increase the risk of stroke.

The report said that the decision was made after conducting research on three types of living people. Some of them ate dinner before 6 pm, some of them ate after 6 pm and some of them did not adhere to any specific time of dinner. Studies have shown that those who do not adhere to a specific time for dinner have the highest risk of dying from a stroke. And those who are recovering from dinner before 8 pm are relatively healthier and have a lower risk of heart disease.

Research also shows that obesity is a major cause of heart disease. Those who are overweight also have higher risk. To lose weight, you need to pay attention to regular exercise and eating habits.
