Youth arrested with cannabis in DB operation in Bogra

Bogra Correspondent: The Detective Branch (DB) of the district police has arrested a young man named Russell Sikder (30) with 2 kg of cannabis in Bogra. He was arrested from Baropur junction of the city around 10 pm on Wednesday.

The arrested Russell is the son of late A. Mannan Sikder of Putikhali area of ​​Moralganj upazila of Bagherhat district. Saihan Oliullah, inspector in charge of Bogra's district intelligence branch, said on Thursday that Russell was arrested on Wednesday night with 2 kg of marijuana on a paved road from Baropur to Suburbs in front of Iti Studio at Baropur Junction (Dharampur) on a tip-off. He further said that a case has been filed against the arrested accused at Bogra Sadar Police Station and sent to the court.
