In Chittagong, 930 corona were identified in one day, the rate was 30.46

News Desk: One person has died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. At the same time, 930 new corona patients have been identified. Compared to the test, the detection rate in the last 24 hours is 30.46 percent.

Meanwhile, one lakh eight thousand 36 people have been identified as corona in Chittagong so far. The death toll has risen to 1,342.

A report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Thursday (January 20th) morning revealed this information.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Mohammad Ilias Chowdhury said that in the last 24 hours, samples of 3,053 people were tested in different labs in Chittagong. Of these, corona was identified in the bodies of 930 people. Among the identified, 658 are residents of the city and 183 are residents of different upazilas.

He added that in the last 24 hours, 18 people were in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, 124 in Chittagong Medical College Hospital Lab, 48 in Antigen Test, 111 in Imperial Hospital Lab, 94 in Chevron Hospital, 50 in Chittagong Maternal and Child Hospital Lab and 50 in General Hospital RTRL Lab. Samples were taken from 34 people in Medical Center Hospital Lab, 18 people in Epic Health Care Lab, 3 people in Lab Aid Hospital Lab, 55 people in Metropolitan Hospital Lab, 26 people in Asian Specialized Hospital Lab and 18 people in Shah Amanat International Airport Lab.
