Hasan Mahmud mentioned that the communal harmony established in Bangladesh under the leadership of the Prime Minister is an example for many countries. He said that this country has been created in exchange for the blood of Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists and Christians. Bangladesh was created under the leadership of Bangabandhu to create a non-communal country.

But the Information Minister also remarked that a community does not want communal harmony in Bangladesh. He said that is why they have spread various rumors at different times. Attempts have been made to destroy communal harmony by distorting minor incidents and misrepresenting them through social media.
