In the last 24 hours in Chittagong, 18 more people died in Corona, 1315 identified

News Desk: 18 more people have died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. The total death toll in the district stood at 949 people. At the same time, one thousand 315 people have been identified as affected by Corona. Through this, the total number of identities in the district stands at 69,751.

The information came from a report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Thursday (July 29).

Dr. Civil Surgeon. Sheikh Fazle Rabbi said that yesterday (Wednesday) in different labs of Chittagong, samples of 3,515 people were tested and corona germs were detected in the bodies of 1,315 people. Of these, 658 are from the city and 458 from the upazila.

It is learned that in the last 24 hours, 120 people in Chittagong University Lab, 199 people in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, 150 people in Chittagong Medical College Lab, 104 people in Chittagong Veterinary University Lab, 104 people in Imperial Hospital Lab and 113 people in Chevron Hospital Lab were identified as infected with corona.

At the same time, 12 people in the General Hospital RTRL Lab, 34 people in the Medical Center Hospital Lab, 124 people in the Epic Health Care Lab, 353 people in the antigen test and two people in Cox's Bazar Medical College Lab in Chittagong were diagnosed with corona infection.
