In Chittagong, 17 more people died in one day in Corona, 915 identified

News Desk: 18 people have died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. The total death toll in the district stood at 932 people. During the same period, 915 people were identified as Corona. Through this, the total number of identities in the district stood at 6,438.

The information came from a report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Wednesday (July 26).

Dr. Civil Surgeon. Rabbi Sheikh Fazle said that coronavirus was found in the bodies of 915 people in a sample test of 2,792 people in different labs of Chittagong yesterday (Tuesday). Among them 641 are from the city and 264 from different upazilas.

In the last 24 hours, 84 people were diagnosed with corona in Chittagong University Lab, 18 in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, 6 in Chittagong Veterinary University Lab, 97 in Imperial Hospital Lab and 100 in Chevron Hospital Lab.

At the same time, 29 people in Chittagong Maternal and Child Hospital Lab, 30 people in General Hospital RTRL Lab, 31 people in Medical Center Hospital Lab, 262 people in antigen test and eight people in Cox's Bazar Medical College Lab were diagnosed with corona.
