News Desk: More than two hundred followers of Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jamaat have celebrated Eid-ul-Azha in Feni. They celebrated the day on Tuesday (July 20) at 9:30 am in Sultanpur area of Farhad Nagar Union of Feni Sadar Upazila by slaughtering animals after prayers.
Local Union Parishad (UP) panel chairman Sahab Uddin said, "Like every year, the followers of Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat have organized the holy Eid-ul-Azha prayers in the Sultanpur Shah Aman Ullah Darbar Sharif premises in East Sultanpur in line with Saudi Arabia." According to the announcement, devotees from different areas of Feni and surrounding areas gathered to take part in the Eid Jamaat.
More than two hundred people took part in the prayers under the leadership of Maulana Mohammad Ghulam Nabi. Mosharraf Hossain Tipu, chairman of the local Union Parishad (UP), said: "It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. However, we have been seeing this rule since childhood.
