Job Context

Bashundhara Group a well-reputed & highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for skilled and professional person for the position of Assistant Executive – Distribution for its Cement Factory at Mongla & Madangonj.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Checking and Verification of all types of distribution related documents before delivery of goods.
• Make entry Sales Order in SAP system as per customers demand.
• Generate and provide Loading Advise, Delivery Challan and VAT Challan.
• Authorize Loading Advise, Delivery Challan and VAT Challan in the absence of Shift in-charge.
• To ensure delivery as per customer demand.
• To Build and maintain good relationship with the customers and sales personnel.
• To co-ordinate distribution operations with other related all departments.
• To perform any other task assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Masters or MBA in any discipline from any reputed institution.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge on SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Advance level knowledge on MS Excel.
