Educational Requirements

Masters/MBA in HRM from a reputed University/Institute.

Job Requirements

• Age at most 45 years
• 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior/leadership role.
• Well conversant with legal & regulatory aspects, policies, procedure relating to HR/Labor law.
• Result oriented
• Effective leadership
• Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written)
• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), HRIS
• Age should be below 45 years (may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates)
• Only non-smokers should apply
